To the use of the polygraph in criminal proceeding

The article discusses the role of the polygraph as a means of collecting information and evidence. Certain features of the use of the polygraph in the criminal procedure. Various points of view on the rationality of using printing in criminal procedural activities are given, as well as an analysis of judicial practice with printing is carried out. It is concluded that the information obtained using printing does not meet the requirements of reliability in full understanding.
