On the involvement of expert by a defense attorney: issues of judicial practice

The article deals with the important problems of evaluation the evidence, provided by counsel in criminal proceeding. On the basis of the established law practice the author indicates that the evidence of defense don t go through a proper verification and assessment, this implies the violation of constitutional rights of criminal proceedings participants.
