About the problems of civil law regulation of joint purchases

Within the framework of the conducted research, the legal nature of the relations arising in connection with the purchase of goods using joint purchases is considered. The various approaches to the definition of the essence of these relations, presented in legal science and practice, are analyzed. An attempt has been made to determine the status of the organizer of joint purchases as a participant in these relations. The main problems of the legal regulation of joint purchases are outlined, and in conclusion, the study suggests ways to improve approaches to the legislative regulation of the relations under consideration.
