On the problems of justice of peace apparatus optimisation

The article is devoted to the issue of legal nature of the justice of peace apparatus. The author worked on the definition of the organisation order of justice of peace apparatus' work, the sequence of selection and appointment of the apparatus personnel, employees' of the apparatus status, the need of their further training, problems of cooperation between the justices of peace and the personnel of their apparatus. Also the analysis of both federal and regional legislation is carried out, a number of propositions is given.
