On the issues of network law and legislation

The questions of network law and network legislation are examined in the article. The author examines some legal relationships from the point of view of contemporary law and from the point of view of network law and suggests some new decisions in the law theory and law practice. The article author offers his own definition to the term «law network» and suggests new methods of implementation of network law in the sphere of investment.
