On the problems of legislative regulation of the suspension of the preliminary investigation

The article considers the most important criminal procedural problems of the institution of suspending the preliminary investigation. An analysis of the provisions of Art. 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation and proposals were made to amend and supplement the legislation of the Institute of Preliminary Investigation.
