On the problem of access to the information about the activity of courts in Russian Federation

Given article deals with the problem of access to the archival court cases in scientific purposes in Russian Federation. The analysis of current legislation which regulates the procedure of acquaintance with court cases is carried out. This measures to improve this system are offered.
