On some conditions for successful socialization of the modern individual

The article is devoted to an actual problem of modern practical science associated with the study of the psychological, social and pedagogical features of formation of person ’s harmonious development in the modern world. It is proposed to solve the problem of complex study of the person’s harmonization and specification of the conditions to achieve this process. The work reveals the structural components of the harmonious development of personality and the factors that form the comprehensive training, etc. The education of the present generation should include the formation of a certain degree of gender norms: masculinity, femininity, and androgyny. The analysis of socialization theory has determined the nature of matrimonial and parental role in the formation of the younger generation. The empirical research has confirmed that the development and implementation of technical, electronic and software tools to facilitate learning and physical influence may promote the development of a harmonious personality.
