About the problem of efficiency of giving the conclusion as a form of participation of the prosecutor in civil process

Based on the analysis of the effectiveness of giving an opinion as a form of participation of the Prosecutor in the civil process, the author comes to the conclusion about the appropriateness of its exclusion in the courts of all parts, except the Supreme Court, including in order to expand the conditions for further development of other forms of participation of the Prosecutor in civil proceedings - appeal to court with claims in protection of the rights and freedoms of other persons and public formations.
