To the problem of ecological managing of estates with elements of natural landscapes (example of Lubenkino estate)

Specifics of the ecological managing of estates with elements of natural landscapes are analized. Frequently such estates have not only cultural and historical value; they are important for the protection of natural environment. Studies in Lubenkino Estate showed the importance of biodiversity studies, including registration of rare and protected species. Geobotanic and landscape analyses of Estate and adjacent areas are essential to complete the task of ecological management. The mentioned approach allows to come out with scientifically proved recommendations for protection and managing the area in an optimal regime of functioning.
