On the problem of competitive nominations in amateur choreographic art

Бесплатный доступ

The article deals with the actual problem of children’s amateur choreographic art - the nomination of contests and festivals. Based on his own experience as a jury member at numerous competitions and festivals, the author analyzes the problem of nominations from the point of view of common terminology of choreographic art, and concludes that very often the organizers of the competitions completely nominally define nominations for attracting teams. This in turn affects the level of education of the participants in amateur choreographic associations, and reduces the overall level of artistic and aesthetic education of the younger generation. The article discusses the main forms, genres and styles of choreographic art, and gives recommendations on the use of the terminological apparatus.
