The problems of the accuracy lost during information transfer

In this paper, we proved the optimality of M.M. Lavrentiev method for solving of the ill-posed problems. The precise estimations of the accuracy of this method were obtain. This method has been applied to the inverse problem of Cauchy for heat transfer equation. When we used this method the transfer information will be with minimum loss of accuracy.
