On the problem of criminal responsibility for leaving in danger

The article is devoted to the problem of bringing to criminal liability for leaving in danger. Through the prism of the principle of justice of the criminal law, the subject composition of this crime is considered, judicial practice is analyzed. The results of the study, the conclusion about the need to improve the criminal law in terms of regulation of the subject composition of art. 125 of the criminal code. Based on the ideas of morality and law, it is proposed to establish criminal liability of a common subject in the qualification of abandonment.
