The article considers the objectives and the content of the social and educational facilitation, and substantiates the need for its introduction when working with intellectually gifted children. It describes the conditions developed by American psychologist Carl Rogers, which enable the inner sources of development of a child. The author presents a technique of social and educational facilitation of talented children.
