About the problem of establishing fair compensation for land plots withdrawn for state and municipal needs

The article presents different points of view of scientists on the problems of land legislation. In particular, fair compensation for land seized for state and municipal needs and the lack of a unified methodology for determining the market price and the amount of damage. The judicial practice of the Republic of Buryatia is given, the result of the analysis of which indicates the relevance of studying this issue today. The conclusions present ways to solve the problem and proposals for improving the legislation of the Russian Federation.
