About the draft of the program of training in special knowledge about fight against economic crimes in the sphere of the housing-and-municipal complex of modern Russia

Law-enforcement practice shows insufficiency of informing citizens on the processes happening in the sphere and shortage of knowledge of standards of the Russian legislation on the sphere of the housing-and-municipal complex (HAMC) at citizens including at law enforcement officers and civil officers of executive authorities. Social tension increases and demands immediate measures. For today there is practically no specialized literature and accurate techniques of practice of work with the increasing number of abuses and offenses in the sphere of ZhKK, in particular techniques of prevention, identification and investigation of econom ic crimes in the sphere of ZhKK. The program offered following the results of studying of the existing problems in the sphere and processes of protection of the rights of owners of premises by the author allows to create during the term of its realization a complex of actions for training of specialists in the sphere of ZhKK having practical skills on permission of legal problems of the sphere, knowledge of the legislation in the sphere of ZhKK. The offered work, in particular, assumes: development and broadcast of technologies of conducting educational process; development of a complex of pedagogical means; development and practical application of techniques of teaching the disciplines stimulating at students; development and accumulation of fund of estimated means; development of methodical recommendations to local government bodies; development of methodical recommendations to law enforcement officers.
