Professional skills list of social work specialist in the context of his mediatory activity

The article suggests a description of mediatory activity as a major component of professional activity of all specialists of a social work agency. The aim of the description is to develop a professional skills list of this activity. The professional skills list is presented as a flexible set of the basic requirements for professional activity of social workers with due regard to the peculiarities of their mediatory functions.
