On the prevention of corruption in the sphere of public service

Considering prevention of corruption in the sphere of public service, the author offers to address to the normative legal acts regulating this kind of activity. Analyzing a number of changes in the legislation directed on counteraction of corruption in the sphere to the public and municipal service; considering positions of scientists about it, the author draws own conclusions. Key position of the author on a case in point is that among measures of counteraction of corruption in the public and municipal service the special place is taken by measures for settlement of the so-called conflict of interests.
