On the origin and evolution of the political organization forms of medieval Mongolia

The article is devoted to the theoretical problem of studying genesis and evolution of Mongolian state and law of one of the greatest of nomadic empires. Reconstruction of a system-structural model of medieval Mongolian state and law can promote deep understanding of the general tendencies and directions of the evolution of the socio-cultural development, the interrelationship of social, political and legal subsystems in nomadic societies and the methodology of social, political and legal anthropology. The most important problems of the study of medieval Mongolian state are designated: 1. Identifying prerequisites for the formation of nomadic state, the relationship between internal and external factors. 2. Definition of the forms of political organization among medieval Mongols. The success of the researches mostly depends on the solution of theoretical and methodological problems, since the main directions of modern researches of the Mongolian state and law are mainly connected with the confrontation between the theoretical-methodological and conceptual approaches.
