On psychological work conducted at the educational organizations of the Russian Interior Ministry with cadets who require special psychological and pedagogical attention

The article considers the issue of improving psychological work performed by the educational organizations of the Russian Interior Ministry with cadets requiring special psychological and pedagogical attention. The authors discuss the experience and results of the research revealing the dynamics of social psychological climate which shows a positive change in the development of social psychological processes in the cadets’ learning groups according to such criterion as “group unity”. To increase efficiency of the cadets’ service success the authors prove the necessity of using group psycho-correction, social and psychological training “Formation of tolerance among cadets of different nationalities”.
