Concerning the ways of the personality ideal formation in the age of globalization

The current stage of civilization development demonstrates our commitment to the increasing integrity of the international community and establishment of a single planetary civilization. To restore the harmony in the "human - environment" system, the humanity must form such a type of person who would be able to maintain the imbalance in the "human - society - environment" system. The authors attempt to integrate the ideals of a person represented in the major religions and philosophies, that have come down to us from the depths of the centuries, and those ideals that exist nowadays. As a possible modern ideal of personality the authors consider the concept of "a noosphere person" as a spiritual phenomenon that meets the requirements of building of a new harmonious world.
