In the paper, we study the distribution of prime numbers p, p X, X → +∞, satisfying the condition {po} qn + a, (q, a) = 1,n = 0, 1, 2, . . ., «on average» over q. The number Q, which is the maximum possible value for q, can be as large as XO-𝜀, O = 2/5 - (3/5)o. This improves the previous results corresponding to O
