Establishing lancaster schools in Russia

One of the advanced pedagogical technologies in 19 th century was Bell-Lancaster system of education spread in many European countries and in Russia. This system is also called “mutual instruction”. Politicization of Lancaster schools was one of the main reasons for long lasting delay of developing this pedagogical system, its didactics principles and application.
