On the distribution of some rare and protected species of lichens in the Moscow part of the Zavidovo national park

The habitats of some rare and protected lichen species from the western part of the Zavidovo National Park within the Lotoshinsky forest range are described. The detailed description of the distribution of Menegazzia terebrat a (Hoffm.) A. Massal. and other threatened lichen species of the Moscow region is provieded. The rate of occurrence of the indicator species of biologically valuable forests is estimated. Four species are given for the Moscow region for the first time: Chaenotheca brachypoda (Ach.) Tibell, Evernia divaricata (L.) Ach., Gyalecta truncigena (Ach.) Hepp., Microcalicium disseminatum (Ach.) Vain. The basis for the further monitoring is established.
