Spreading the experience of successful social education

The article analyzes the scientific understanding and experience of the author as the head of the basic schools of the Ulyanovsk Region Development Programme (direction «Updating the content of education and technology, social and psychological support for children»). The study within the framework of general and pedagogical innovation is aimed at the stages, features and results of the activities of particular schools in the city of Ulyanovsk and the Ulyanovsk region contributing to best practices in pedagogical work. The main tasks of the study designed to update the content and technologies of upbringing, psychological and social support are to identify the successful experience of schools in these spheres; to spread the successful experience within other schools. The author offers his own solutions to the task of maintaining and stimulating successful pedagogical experience. He develops original teaching methods for educators helping to comprehend and disseminate successful pedagogical experience.
