On development of the formalized model of evaluation of personal and professional competencies of teachers of higher school

The article is devoted to the methodological aspects of assessing the level of competence of teachers in higher education. A formalized model for a comprehensive assessment of the partial competences of teachers - personal, socio-psychological, pedagogical, methodological and scientific competences is offered. Gradation scales for each partial evaluation were developed. The article gives examples of assessment for two teachers of the same official category, who differ both in the degree of expression of their competences that correspond to the category and in the composition of supporting documents.
