The article emphasizes the relevance of developing and implementing a stochastic model for optimizing the costs of power supply of an enterprise taking into account the use of an alternative power source, which provides for the sale of part of the generated electricity in order to improve economic efficiency. We have developed a modification of the stochastic model based on a two-stage problem and substantiated the choice of a direct quasi-gradient method of stochastic programming for its implementation. The article presents the results of implementing the model modification for winter mode of a woodworking enterprise reconstructing the power supply system in order to increase capacity due to the re-equipment of the heating system and connection of new electrical equipment.
