The problem of research and justification of its relevance. The task of ensuring the continuous professional development of teachers set by the federal project “Teacher of the Future” of the national project “Education” cannot be achieved without the renewal of additional professional education. One of the challenges that need to be addressed is the problem of redefining the approach to professional development programs arising from the introduction of professional standards for educators. Professional standards actualize the task of improving the labor functions of teachers in their training programs for advanced training. The goal of research.
