Оn the Implementation of the Federal Project «Forest Conservation»

The paper presents a retrospective analysis of the results of the implementation of the federal project “Forest Conservation” of the national project “Ecology” for the period from 2019 to 2024. The dynamics of the values of indicators for the activities of the federal project to increase the area of reforestation, equipping regions with forestry and fire fighting equipment and equipment, as well as other measures aimed at preserving forests and achieving a balance of disposal and reproduction of forest plantations is presented. The analysis of the cash execution of the federal project budget for the entire period of its implementation is carried out. The results are presented both in the form of conclusions and in comparative tables of the plan and the actual natural and financial indicators of the federal project “Forest Conservation”. According to the results of the conducted research, it was noted that the goals and objectives of the project have been achieved. A material and technical base has been created to further ensure a balance between forest disposal and reproduction. The key directions of further implementation of the federal project “Forest Conservation” within the framework of the new national project “Environmental well-being” for the period up to 2030 are outlined.
