Realization of the "Development and testing of real estate objects cadastral (mass) appraisal system" project

The article summarizes the results of the implementation in Russia project «Development and testing of the system inventory (mass) assessment of real estate» - part of the project «Development of a system of state cadastral registration of real estate». Describes testing of the system inventory (mass) real estate appraisal, developed on the basis of the project, in four subjects of the Federation: Kemerovo, Kaluga, Tver Oblast and the Republic of Tatarstan. Formulate proposals and recommendations that will facilitate work on the evaluation of the cadastral value of real estate for tax purposes.
