The question about the system for assessment of working conditions when appointing early pensions in the Russian Federation

In recent years, the issue of retirement before reaching retirement age against the backdrop of a dynamically changing economic and social situation in the country has become especially relevant. The topic of this work is the possibility of reforming the approach to assessing working conditions when it comes to the appointment of an early retirement pension. The article criticizes the use of the "list" approach. The article also provides international experience in assessing working conditions.
