About regulation of subsole use in Kyrgyzstan: comparative political analysis

The article analyzes certain aspects of state management of the subsoil use sector in Kyrgyzstan. Attention is drawn to standards in the field of protection of natural resources, safety of work, rules of reproduction, which should become the subject of regulation at the level of laws or acts of executive authorities. In the course of the analysis, the scientific and theoretical positions of the leading Soviet and Russian authors are given, as well as approaches to these aspects in a number of states that could be applied in the Kyrgyz practice of subsoil use.
