Recommendations of build-up territories comprehensive development in context of the special federal law

The article provides a logical and legal analysis of the federal law dedicated to the problems of the integrated development of built-up areas. It is indicated that it contains errors, contradictions, including destructive ones. The organizers of projects for the integrated development of territories were given recommendations on how to get positive results even in the conditions of imperfect legislation. Directions for its improvement are proposed.
