The results of research, development and application of technologies and processing of grain in Transbaikalia

The paper presents the results of research, development and application of technologies and processing of grain in the conditions of Transbaikalia. The area is grounded on the average values of hydrothermal coefficient (kwt) according to the changing weather conditions each year in the period for 11 years. The correlation coefficient with the total volume of wet and damp grain is determined in the work. The authors define the technology and means of GPHP according to the zones. They have developed and used the modernization of sieve work tools. The authors have established an effective design of grain feeders and pneumatic devices, mesh and centrifugal separators protected by patents. The fractional separation and grain cleaning, increased productivity and quality are provided. Materials and energy-saving technology of grain material processing is used in the implementation of contractual work in the factories and farms of the Republic of Buryatia.
