On the role of labor efficiency in personnel management

The issue of searching for a scientifically based definition of the concept of "labor efficiency" in order to reliably assess the work of personnel as a key asset of modern organizations remains relevant. The importance of this issue for improving the efficiency of the enterprise was noted. The system of elements that make up the labor economy is given. Conclusions are made about the establishment of a functional relationship between labor efficiency and the efficiency of economic activity.
