The main goal is to determine the role of the teacher in the occurrence and resolution of conflicts or conflict situations in an educational institution. A teacher is a tool in one of the important areas of a social institution as a pedagogical activity, the main direction of which is the formation of a socially adapted personality. The profession of a teacher in the process of activity involves contacts with a large number of people, whose ‘views’ on certain situations may not coincide, and sometimes even differ dramatically, due to the age difference, social status, etc., as a result of which conflict situations arise. Based on this, any teacher, even a narrow specialist, must have the skills to resolve conflict situations. As in the event of a conflict in an educational institution, it will be the first instance that will have to find a competent and fair solution to the conflict and, if possible, evaluate and prevent other conflict situations arising from the common root.
