About the role of the regional fund for the integrated development of territories in the "All-Russian renovation"

The article analyzes the need to create a central control figure in the implementation of the integrated development of territories in the regions. It is proposed that the decisive role in the implementation of the «all-Russian renovation» will be given to the regional Fund for the integrated development of territories. The author defines mission, vision, values, strategy and strategic goals of the regional Fund for the integrated development of territories, and focus on the prospects for its development. The following development prospects are envisaged: management, coordination and finance; innovation and development; internal business processes and controlling. The article develops a strategic map of the regional Fund for the integrated development of territories and defines the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of its functioning based on a balanced scorecard as one of the most effective management tools. The article concludes that it is necessary to create a Fund for the integrated development of territories in the regions in order to effectively implement projects of «all-Russian renovation».
