Concerning the role of the system approach in the study of civil law contracts

The article discusses the importance of using the system approach when studying the nature of civil law contracts and the essence of contractual regulation. The author advances an opinion that the classification of contracts based on the system signs helps to solve the problem issues of contractual regulation, facilitates selection of a contract type by subjects, provides compliance of contract terms with the content of regulated activities. Thus, there is an opportunity to systematize the contract legislation on the scientific basis, to increase coherence of regulations, to solve problems of law-enforcement character.
