About scientistic cult of the selected scientist

The interrelation of concepts «scientism» and «antiscientism» is analyzed. The cult of the selected scientist is defined as a version of scientism. The hypothesis about the scientific genius as dialectically-contradictory unity of good and evil is put forward. This hypothesis is explained by the facts of biography of Isaac Newton.
