On the system of inter-branch institutions regulating the judicial review of court decisions in the procedural law of the Russian Federation

The article substantiates the conclusion that the inter-branch institutions regulating the appeal, cassation and supervisory proceedings in civil, arbitration, administrative and criminal proceedings regulate similar legal relations and have the same legal nature, despite their consolidation in various branches of law. They represent a single complex legal entity - a system of provisions that has content and structure. The interaction, interdependence of the constituent elements, the stability of the links existing between them are shown; specific situations that require timely unification (harmonization) of the procedural legislation of the Russian Federation in relation to the revision of court decisions by higher courts.
