Possibilities of development the monitoring system of discharges of atmospheric electricity on the basis of mathematical modeling of distributed lightning receivers are presented. Results of researches the elements of systems are put in a basis of structure of lightning protection in the form of distributed rod and hummock lightning receivers for electrosubstations.
