Interrogation is the most common way to obtain evidence in a criminal case. And it is on the psychological state of the interrogated and the degree of literacy of the person conducting the interrogation that the achievement of the main goal - obtaining the necessary information - depends. The article discusses the main ways of persuading the guilty to give truthful testimony in the course of such an investigative action as interrogation, and also provides the rules that must be followed by the person conducting the interrogation.
