About the correlation of service autonomy and service helplessness of officers of units of the Interior Ministry troops of the Russian Federation

The article shows the correlation of service autonomy and service helplessness of officers of units of the Interior Ministry troops of the Russian Federation. There are considered four kind psychological types of holistic characteristics of the individual officer. It is concluded that service autonomy and service helplessness of officers of units of the Interior Ministry troops of the Russian Federation are represented a complex stable personal characteristics which is determined the special aspects of the vital activity of a subject; they can have various degree of completeness and they are related to each other as two sides of unified whole. The level of completeness of the studied characteristics is determined its attribution to the autonomy whether to the helplessness.
