On the comparability of the areas in the expansion of the boundaries of the search for analogs to low-active and inactive markets

The article analyzes the features of the work of appraisers and experts in conditions of low market activity. The author identified and justified the main criteria for the economic comparability of territories. A methodological approach to the selection of territories comparable by economic characteristics is proposed in the case of the expansion of the territory for searching for analogues in their absence in a particular locality.
