About the state of readiness of personnel to work in difficult conditions

The article is devoted to the problem of forming the readiness of employees, heads of bodies and institutions of the penal enforcement system and the collectives headed by them to act in emergency circumstances. The author reveals the conditions and features of the process of forming the readiness of employees and units of the penal enforcement system to act in a complex operational environment.
