Legal culture state of the population of Perm city is estimated on the basis of applied sociological research and legal analysis of regional print media. The author emphasizes the necessity to reveal factors and contradictions that influence the formation of legal culture, have a practical value in the development of mechanisms and programs to make it consistent with the principles of state of law.
