About the state of the law in the sphere of land relations

The article examines the state of the law in the sphere of land relations. The urgent problem of the activities of the prosecutor’s office to supervise the implementation of laws in the land sector. We study the shortcomings of legal regulation in this area. The authors come to a conclusion about the need for changes and additions to the Russian land legislation.
