The deals with the issues of improvement of the integrated information system of a metallurgical enterprise management on the basis of the forecast standards of industrial process execution, carrying out material flows and business processes. The methodological bases and principles of interconnection of multistructural algorithm blocks (MAB) modeling duration of operations and imitational models forecasting the time of industrial cycles in workshops of a metallurgical enterprise are analyzed in the article. A mode of introduction of the forecasting normative models and a block of normative estimating into the functioning system SARP/3 and into an automated logistic management system is shown.
