Improving the legal protection of disabled persons in the Russian Federation

The article focuses on the innovations in the sphere of legal protection of work of disabled persons in the Russian legislation for the recent years. The article highlights the present problems and formulates some proposals in this field taking into account the current conditions of special military operation and possible labor rehabilitation of its participants. The proposals are grounded due to their practical importance in order to increase the effectiveness of state support for persons recognized as disabled according to the legislation of the Russian Federation and improve such support.
