On improvement of prosecutor's supervision over the implementation of laws in the field of fire safety

The main task of the prosecutor’s office is to ensure the unconditional implementation of laws in the prevention, as well as in the elimination of the consequences of emergency situations and the protection of the rights of affected citizens through the application of the entire range of prosecutorial response measures. Particular attention is paid to the supervision of the implementation of laws on fire safety in places of mass stay of people, in entertainment, leisure, cultural centers. Based on this, ways to improve the efficiency of prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of laws in the field of fire safety are proposed.
